How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome if we have availability!

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! Delivery and setup are included in most of our larger packages. For smaller items or DIY setups, delivery can be arranged for a small fee depending on your location.

Can we use our own balloons?

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Can I choose my own colours and theme?

Absolutely! We’ll work with you to create a colour palette and design that suits your event perfectly. Our Premium and Luxury packages include full customisation.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may receive a partial refund or credit. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love creating unique setups. Just let us know your idea, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

How long do balloon setups last?

Our air-filled balloon installations can last several days indoors, but we recommend setting them up on the day of your event for best results. Outdoor setups may be affected by weather.

What areas do you service?

We’re based in the Wellington Region and service surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service zone.

Can I add extras like props or florals to a package?

Definitely! We offer a range of add-ons like prop hire, custom signage, and floral accents. Just let us know what you're after, and we’ll tailor your package.

What’s the difference between the Premium and Luxury packages?

Our Premium Package includes custom colours, backdrops, minimal faux florals, and decals. If you’re after full floral arrangements, luxe props, or a more detailed setup, the Luxury Package is the way to go!

Can I provide my own balloons for you to use?

We totally understand wanting to use your own supplies, but we only work with our own professional-grade balloons. This ensures the best quality, colour consistency, and longevity for your setup. Store-bought balloons often pop more easily or don’t match our standards, and using unfamiliar products can affect the final look and durability of the design.
